Importation of Methadone/Buprenorphine: possible

Patients wishing to bring methadone/buprenorphine into the Czech Republik for personal use as medication must carry with them a certificate from their doctor which clearly supports the patient's need for the medication (we recommend to have a notarized translated version). Apart from the patient's personal data the doctor should detail the daily dosage, the total quantity of methadone/buprenorphine, and the dates of arrival and departure.
