Methadone or any other opioid substitution medications are not used in Trinidad and Tobago.

Importation of Methadone/Buprenorphine: possible

All patients travelling to Trinidad and Tobago must carry with them documents from the relevant country to support their treatment. Quantities in excess of 500mg of methadone must be declared to the customs officers.
